| http://ifttt.com/images/no_image_card.png I finally got one more hunt in with the PP. Two things I noticed were that the machines falses when there is water ON the coil, but the coil is not submerged. If you dip the coil and then remove it from the water, it falses for a short while. The coil connector "nut" appeared to be a little loose(slightly less than finger-tight. I tightened it with my fingers. I know that we are not supposed to "mess-with" these connectors, but it needed snugging a little. The other thing I noticed was that the coil pin-points at the heel, and not in the center, like all other machines I've owned. If you keep the coil in the water, it does not false. If you dry-hunt, it does not false. Found one silver ring and a few earrings and change. via Dirt Poor http://www.findmall.com/read.php?11,1826260,1826260#msg-1826260 tagmetaldetectornews | |||
